One of the things you must have seen. Immense, huge and megalomaniacal… It is the army of emperor Qin Shi Huang to protect him in the afterlife. The army was created around 300 BC. Some farmers accidentally discovered the army in 1974 when they tried to dig a water well.

The city Xi’an is the capital of the Shaanxi province in the People’s Republic of China. With more than 3000 years of history, it is one of the oldest cities in China. It is the home of the Emperor Qin’s terracotta army and the eastern terminus of the Silk Road.

The Castle of the Teutonic Order in Malbork is the largest castle in the world by surface area, and the largest brick building in Europe. It was built in Prussia by the Teutonic Knights, a German Roman Catholic religious order of crusaders, in a form of an Ordensburg fortress.
